Malaysia (1-2 Business Days)

• West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM10 per order

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): RM12 per kg

Singapore (3-5 Business Days)

• First 1kg: SGD 10.50

• Each additional 1kg: SGD 4.20

Note: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight.

While our roots are in supplying Chinese herb retail shops across Malaysia, we are excited to now offer our products directly to end consumers through our online store.

Please note that while our head office is in Penang, we do not operate a traditional walk-in retail storefront.

To ensure your items are ready, all orders need to be placed via our Online Store or WhatsApp.

This ensures that we have sufficient time to prepare your order. Once your order is prepared, we will ship it to you or notify you when it is ready for local pickup (Penang).

For our Penang customers, we can also offer delivery via GrabExpress or Lalamove for your convenience.
